Pukka Arm Balances – Learn To Fly
A playful workshop exploring the world of balancing on your hands, arms and head… with equal parts strength, technique and curiosity.
We’ll explore the foundations of arm balancing through traditional yoga postures including the Bakasana family, Mayurasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand), and a variety of transitions, drills and partner work designed to help you build confidence upside down.

• Floating techniques & transitions
• Handstand foundations
• Crow pose variations
• Balance, breath & bandha work
• Falling safely (and laughing about it)
• Plenty of modifications and challenges for different levels
This workshop is not about achieving the “perfect pose” — it’s about learning to play, explore and discover what becomes possible when focus, technique and a little courage come together.
