Eddie Stern Yoga Workshop — 24-26 July 2026
We’re honoured to host Eddie Stern, one of the most respected voices in contemporary yoga, for a special weekend workshop exploring breath, body and awareness. Based in New York, Eddie is the co-founder of Ashtanga Yoga New York, the Brooklyn Yoga Club and the Broome Street Ganesha Temple, and has been practicing and teaching yoga since the late 1980s with a multi-disciplinary approach that blends classical traditions, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and modern understanding of the nervous system.
Across the weekend you’ll be guided through mindful pranayama sessions, grounding asana practices, strength and movement classes, and lectures or meditation focused on calm, focus and inner stability. Eddie’s teaching is known for being accessible, insightful and integrative—offering depth for all levels of practitioner and encouraging exploration of yoga beyond just the physical postures.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or broaden your understanding of yoga’s connections to breath, mind and nervous system, this workshop offers a rare opportunity to learn with a teacher whose work bridges tradition, science and lived experience.
